The 4th generation BMW X5 has introduced in one variant; the BMW X5 xDrive45e M Sport. The price of the vehicle is RM428,170 which does not include insurance but is inclusive of the sales and service tax. The X5 highlights luxury, versatility, and comfort.

The measurements are 4,922 mm in length, 2,004 mm in width, 1,745 mm in height, with a wheelbase spanning 2,975 mm. 

The X5 gives a luxurious and classy look with the main focus being their signature kidney grille, which is 40 percent larger than before for more visual presence and to help in cooling the engine as well as standard LED headlamps.

The rear of the X5 displays their sleek design that focuses on their 3D-effect tail lamps which are now slimmer to complement the headlamps.

The front headlamps are adaptive LED projectors with High Beam Assist units. 

The tail lamps are LED combination units.

The car comes equipped with 20-inch two-tone alloy wheels.  

The design is a modern and futuristic digital layout with their digital cockpit professional system that gives a luxury feel to the vehicle.

The instrument cluster is a fully digital 12.3-inch display.   

The X5 comes with 5 spacious seats for maximum comfort. All seats are finished in leather and the driver and passenger seats are electric adjustable with memory functions. Not forgetting the 40:20:40 split folding with remote assistance function available for the rear seats. 

Both front and rear passengers will be spoiled with maximum comfort as the X5 was designed for the individuals’ greatest convenience. The vehicle will leave no shortage of leg space even for passengers that are six-footers who have fully extended their seats.

The X5 has the following active safety features; an anti-lock braking system, dynamic stability control, dynamic traction control, brake assist, automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control with stop/go, lane-departure warnings with active lane control, and rear cross-traffic alerts. 

The passive features include six airbags, ISOFIX in the second-row child seat anchors, 360 degree parking camera as well as front and rear parking sensors. 

There are four drive modes available which are sport, hybrid, electric, and adaptive that allow the driver to pick a mode that will suit their driving needs. 

Features a 12.3-inch display in the front that is compatible with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and live navigation, as well as a rear entertainment system with two 11.6-inch display screens.

Together, the total system output is 394 hp and 600 Nm of torque.

The X5 comes with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

Rear air vents are located at the back of the centre armrest. 

The quality of the ride is firm and the seats are comfortable even for long journeys. 

The sound insulation in the car is effortless as road and wind noises were muted.
