Two variants for the second-generation model, a mild-hybrid (XC60 B5 Plus) and a Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) (XC60 Recharge T8 Ultimate).
Priced (OTR, w/o insurance) at MYR 320,888 and MYR 355,888, with a five-year/unlimited mileage warranty, and an eight-year/160,000 KM battery warranty.

Headlamps
Framed angularly-smooth, fitted for variant XC60 B5 Plus are LED projector units, featuring T-shaped LED Daytime Running Lights (DRL), Adaptive High Beam (AHB), and automatic On/Off and levelling functions.
Variant XC60 Recharge upgrades to full LED projector units, and adds on a cornering light function.
Tail Lamps
Unique and highly-warped, the fairly large tail lamps are vertically-positioned. Fitted are LED combination units.

Instrument Cluster
Installed is a 12-Inch digital instrument cluster supporting two display modes (Calm, Navi). Variant XC60 Recharge adds on a Head-Up Display (HUD).
Seats
The five-seater is upholstered in high-quality and comfortable leather (Nappa - XC60 Recharge), featuring a Charcoal interior with variant specific design schemes.
Variant XC60 B5 Plus gets two (Charcoal Moritz upholstery with Metal Mesh decor, Maroon Brown Moritz upholstery with Linear Lime decor).

Steering Functions

Underpinned is Volvo’s Dynamic Chassis. Suspension-wise, featuring a double wishbone setup (front), a multi-link with transverse leaf spring setup (rear).
Ride comfortability feels flexible and firm at the same time. The vehicle delivers a connected steering feel, with more linear and balanced weighing at all speeds.
Overall, it is spacious and comfortable, and the ride quality is satisfactory. Safe and suitable for a daily driver.
Sound Insulation
Good sound insulation, covering all the NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) aspects. The cabin is serene, with the engine, tyre, road and wind noises mostly hindered.
